They're a clean, classic, no-frills staple of my wardrobe. When they get dirty, I throw them in the wash with a load of towels, and they come out good as new. I do require more arch support than these provide, so I add slip-in insoles. I have to do that with any shoe of this kind, though, so that's not really a negative.
